No Workspace after Win 10 update

    No Workspace after Win 10 update

    After Win 10 updated this morning the workspace I use every day has disappeared. The title shows under the workspace drop down but the workspace is empty. An older workspace is there and opens but nothing shows in the current workspace.

    BTW, just did a restore to most recent back-up, 9-16, but workspace still empty.

    Please send us your log and trace files so we can investigate this further.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

      Hi Cody,

      I have been talking with Justin via email and I think we have determined that the work space will have to be re-built as there may be a non-default Ninjatrader element causing the issue.
