Default Workspace chart...some symbols populate, some don't

This has probably got to be a common problem with a simple answer but I couldn't find the answer by searching.

I have the default workspace open that comes up when you install NT. This is a demo account with live data feed. I believe it came up already with FDAX and ES charts created and loaded, and some default symbols already in the list, like TF, NQ, YM, ZB, etc.

So for instance, FDAX daily populates fine, but lower than daily no data. ES is just the opposite. Daily doesn't load but smaller time frames do. And some symbols such at TF don't load data at all, no matter what the time frame. And I added CL, and all time frames load for it. No obvious rhyme or reason to me.
