    Chart Trader Close Button NOT Working

    Hello, I don't understand why since I reinstalled Ninja Demo. I can't Close trades manually using the Close button. This pic shows message recieved: http://screencast.com/t/GMpoujtA


    Is there a setting that I need to change or something. I've tried restarting. reconnecting. all types of stuff. and Yes I am in "Start in Simulation Mode". I can't Close Trades for some reason.

    Hello,
    Please repair your database.
    Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.

    Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
    From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
    Select the "Data" tab
    Press the "Repair DB" button
    Press the "OK" button
    Please let me know if you continue to receive this message after repairing the database.

      Didn't work. I even restarted ninja after REpair. and still get error. any other ideas?

        Okay. I got it to work. I disconnected my FUtures Data and Connected FOREX data First, then Futures and now It's Closing Trades with NO Problems.

          Please reset your database file.
          Please follow the instructions below to reset the NinjaTrader database.

          Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
          From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
          Select the "Data" tab
          Press the "Reset DB" button
          Press the "OK" button
          The following data will be removed:

          Historical orders
          Historical executions
          Historical ATM strategy data
          Saved Strategy Analyzer backtest results
          The following data will be maintained:

          ATM strategy templates
          Historical chart data

          If you continue to see this message after resetting the database please send me your log and trace files.
          You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
