Interactive Broker Chart Discrepancy

Hi,

I use Interactive Broker as my broker and data feed provider. And use Ninjatrader for charting and order execution platform. There's frequent discrepancies between the the Ninjatrder Chart and the Interactive Broker chart. Please have a look at the two charts which is a 3 min chart from mini Hang Seng Futures. The error pointed out on the charts was just one example. Frequency of errors is high.

The frequent discrepancies has negative effect on my trading because I am a chart pattern trader only using candles, not one single indicator is used.

Please advise to minimize such problems as elimination may not be viable.

Hi,

I was not able to send out the email. Error: default email is not properly set up.
Do I need an email client installed on my machine? Is there another way to send out the log and traces file?
