    PROBLEM Conection CQG

    Hello,
    First of all when I open the platform to be very slow to load charts.In the management activities of windows,NinjaTrader.exe are 1648700KB memory.
    Then when I try the allowed fails, always stays CONNECTING.

    I am also having a problem connecting to CQG/AMP Global Futures. Pop up message is" Login Failed: Failed to receive login message response from SecBuf."

        Hello VPTrader,
        This indicates that there is a connection issue and a connection to the CQG server can not be made.
        Please restart your modem, router, and PC.
        Also to ensure that you have the best connection with the lowest latency please use a wired connection as a wireless connection will be less stable and can cause connection issues connecting to specific servers.

          I am having the same issues. Stuck on connecting. Followed the steps in the thread.

            Hello,
            We have received reports of this with all CQG/ Continuum connections. CQG is currently working to resolve this. Once the problem is resolved I will provide instructions to connect.
            If we can be of any other assistance please let me know.

                  I've got same problem. CQG is getting like Zenfire used to be. More trouble than its worth.

                        Thanks for your patience today.

                        CQG (Continuum for some clients) has reported that they have isolated one server that may have affected the ability to connect for some clients. Please restart NinjaTrader and try the connection again as it should be working.

                        If you are unable to connect, please let us know and we can investigate further.

                          what annoys me about these data feed losses is that they're not being monitored

                          judging by the amount of lost data, fhe feed was down for hours and nothing done about it
                          until a user complained

                          I use the free Networx https://www.softperfect.com/ which I can set to give me an audible alert,
                          and/or email if X kb of data isn't received in 1 second
                          works extremely well and alerts before the modem lights start to flash there's a loss of data

                          why aren't the data feeds being monitored ?
