Failure on Backup and Cannot Compile

I attempted to do a backup at the close of trading and received an error message. I attempted to compile my indicators and received another error message. I'd be happy to send you today's trace file if that helps. Just let me know where to send it.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

Thanks to Christopher at NT the problem was easily fixed. I'm posting his solution here in case someone else encounters the same problem.

Can you please tell me if you have a folder named "Tmp" in Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->bin-->Custom folder. If you do not see a folder named "Tmp" within the Custom folder please right mouse click within the Custom folder-->New-->Folder and name this folder Tmp-->Restart NinjaTrader and let me know if the issue persists when attempting to Compile.
