Hi
i can not connect to kinetic anymore this evening: Login failed : Unable to read server IP addresses : No more data to read What that it means ? |

Hello Thomas79,
Thank you for your post. It is possible that a firewall or security software program is blocking the IPs for Kinetick. Please check for firewall and security software that could be blocking the Kinetick connection. If this is not blocking the connection, please try a reboot of your PC, router and modem. If the issue remains, please make sure the following addresses are not blocked on your end which are used by Kinetick Primary Server Farm IP Range: 66.112.156.x Backup Server Farm IP Range: 66.112.148.x Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.

Hello,
Same issue : Login Failed unable to read server IP adresses No more data to read. Same configurationn as usal, firewall ok. Thanks for your help |

I don't have any firewall
i've been connected this morning without any problem... i turned off my computer and turned on 1 hours after and then impossible to connect... same configuration, nothing change in 1 hours todays. |

Hello,
I solved the problem my changing the DNS : my ISP DNS didn't work, I changed for Open DNS address, (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220). Everything fine now. Hope this helps. Regards, JM |
