Horizontal Lines Disappearing

I just upgraded and am getting disappearing horizontal lines on my crude oil range chart.

Steps to reproduce:
1) add horizontal line(s) to chart.
2) add or remove an indicator from the chart
[horizontal line(s) are now gone]
