The NinjaTrader Support Forum is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

The NinjaTrader Support Forum includes a comprehensive listing of topics on all aspects of the NinjaTrader platform. It is also a great resource for NinjaScript developers looking for a community of fellow developers. The support forum can be searched for a specific item using the "search" feature, which quickly resolves the majority of questions.

Email

The NinjaTrader application includes a “Mail to Support" feature as part of the Help menu. From the Control Center window, select the menu item “Help > Mail to Support" and an email template will be provided for you to enter your question. Other email applications on your PC may prohibit this feature from working correctly, and in that case you can just send an email to support@ninjatrader.com.
