NT6 users - if this is your first time purchasing transaction credits for use with NT6, you must send
a note to sales@ninjatrader.com requesting the Static SuperDOM option be enabled for your account
Transaction credits will be immediately credited to your account after you restart NinjaTrader. * If using a PayPal eCheck transaction, the credits will appear once the funds clear our account. This can take up to 5 days.

Management of Static SuperDOM Transaction Credits

Transaction credits are managed within the NT Account window that is accessible via
the Control Center window Help-->NT Account menu.

 

No Refund Policy
