I want to pay direct by Credit Card
Credit card purchases can be made directly from the NinjaTrader website by following the instructions below. Please be aware that the minimum purchase period by credit card is 6-months and is listed as a “fixed lease” purchase. Credit cards can also be used for annual and lifetime purchases however the 3-month auto-renewing subscriptions are only available when using PayPal.
To make a credit card purchase, select the PayPal "Buy Now" button for a 6-month or longer purchase period. Once you click on the PayPal button you will see the credit card logos we accept and it will state “Don’t have a Pay Pal account?”. Click on continue and you will be able to make a direct credit card purchase without the need to set-up a Pay Pal account. If you have any problems with your purchase, please send an email to sales@ninjatrader.com and we will gladly assist you with your purchase.
Canceling Your Auto-renewing Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are absolutely no refunds for any time remaining on your subscription under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to your next automatic billing date. You can review our cancellation policy here and link to PayPal to cancel your auto-renewing subscription.

You can upgrade NinjaTrader to be Multi-Broker enabled at any time. Simply purchase by selecting an option above and send an email to sales@ninjatrader.com with your license key informing us of your intent and we will refund any time remaining on your current purchase.
I want to Switch Broker Technologies
Changing brokers is easy and best of all, it will not cost you a penny! Simply send an email to sales@ninjatrader.com along with your license key and broker technology you wish to change to.
NinjaTrader Terms Of Service Agreement
