PayPal Subscribers

If you are subscribing to NinjaTrader using Pay Pal it is important to understand that this is an auto-renewing subscription. You are authorizing Pay Pal to make quarterly payments to NinjaTrader every 3-months until your subscription is cancelled. If you decide to end your NinjaTrader subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription by going to Pay Pal or the NinjaTrader website and selecting “unsubscribe”. Once your subscription is cancelled your license code will expire at the end of the given subscription period, there are NO refunds given for unused time on a subscription.

Credit Card Subscribers

If you subscribe to NinjaTrader using a credit card these are “fixed lease” subscriptions that expire at the end of the subscription period. The NinjaTrader software will notify you 5-days in advance of subscription expiration that you need to renew your subscription to keep your license active.
