New User Orientation training sessions are intended to provide new users with a general overview of the NinjaTrader application, application set-up, support process, and available self-help materials. Please plan to attend this event if you are just getting started with NinjaTrader and want a better understanding of the application and educational resources available to you. The following outline lists topics covered during this orientation training session:

• Getting technical support
• Getting educational support
• Video Tutorials
• Support Forum
• Account Set Up
• Online educational and training webinars
• Downloading NinjaTrader
• Purchasing NinjaTrader

New users will also be shown how to create an account connection to their respective broker or data feed provider. The session is interactive allowing participants to ask questions throughout the entire training session. After attending the New User Orientation training session, you will:

• Know where to find support for any inquiry
• Know how to use the Help Guide and educational tools
• Know where to find ongoing educational events and webinars
• Know how to purchase NinjaTrader for live trading
• Be able to download and install NinjaTrader software
• Successfully create and connect to your broker or data feed provider
• Know how to submit support requests via the NinjaTrader application

Participation is free so please attend if you are a first-time visitor, new user as well as an existing user who wants to review our policies and procedures. It is imperative that you develop a solid framework of understanding in how to educate yourself utilizing our wealth of educational and support resources. A solid grasp on working with NinjaTrader will allow you to focus your time and energy on trading with our software.
