I have been working with my charts this morning and keep experiencing a crash with the attached error. Each time the whole of NT crashes and I then have to close TWS in order to re-connect when I re-open NT. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Tony

Hi Tony,

What version of NT and TWS are you using?

Can you send an email from within the application under Help--> Mail to Support.

That way log files are attached and we can start investigating.

As recommended I re-installed NT completely (losing all my templates, tick data etc in the process) but I am still getting the same crash (see first post for screen shot) several times a day. It is most frequent when I try to scroll through charts but also happens even when they are not touched. I have emailed several times but am not getting any response.

Any suggestions much appreciated as I wish to use Ninja charts seriously in my trading but this is not viable if I am constantly in fear of a complete crash of the trading platform.

Many thanks,

Tony

Hi Tony,

When have you send your last email and what is the email address you used? I have not seen anything coming in.
