Default Show Instrument Description in Chart Title Bar

This is a really simple FR, but I think it would be quite useful.

With many charts open it can be hard to remember what are the instruments are. On my screen there is plenty of empty space in the chart title bar and its a bit redundant to have the same information displayed twice, while the name of the instrument isn't displayed at all.
