Database cleanup ? NT performance

Hello, I have been using NT6.5 for a little while now (3.5 months) as I like its features (except for working off the PCs clock instead of the exchange time - I live in Sydney Australia and so this is pretty annoying when I forget to change my timezone. I see this has been covered many times and so no further comment).

I am having a slowness issue. the performance of NT seems to be getting worse and worse as weeks go by. I have a DB size of 64MB at present and not sure if this is considered large/small and whether it needs compressing/maintaining. By slow I mean there is more and more disk activity and slower to start up the app, slower to update it graphs when downloading data historically (say the last day's information to update the graphs).
I have a 24Mbps cable internet pipe and using 100Mbps ethernet connection internally (I have tested and internet is lighting fast).
Any suggestions would be great. I have done a search but can't find anything relevant.

Not sure what you mean by that. Do you have any evidence?

DB size you mentioned should not matter. However, you always could do some "house keeping" by:
- resetting the sim acount: Tools->Options->Simulator->Reset or
- resetting the complete DB: Tools->Options->Data->Reset DB
