Default quick change between workspaces

I've used TS for a long time where I have tabs along the bottom to allow me to change from Workspace to workspace. How can and change quickly in Ninja between workspaces? Also, how do I add/decrease the number of bars on a chart? Again, I could do this real easily with TS with the up/down arrow keys.
Thanks in advance

- you can toggle workspaces with SHIFT+F3
- there's a wealth of info in the docs about navigating in a chart: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...ingAChart.html
