OpenTick Level 2

Is there any more information on when the order book information will be available to view through OpenTick? I contacted OpenTick support in January and they stated that they were fixing their API and that NT would be supporting Level 2 in the near future. I would hope this is sorted out soon as I would very much like to view the DOM on the ES.

Unfortunately there is no ETA yet.
