Default Crude Oil (CL) Price Data

This is my situation:

* I have a live account with a broker.
* I have configured NinjaTrader to work with PatSystems.
* I have set up Crude Oil (ticker: CL) on the Instrument Manager.

Nevertheless, I am unable to receive CL price data.

Why?

Hi David,

First, check if you are authorized to trade the CL. You can check this, while connected to Patsystems, in the Instrument Manager under the Pats-button. The CL should be listed here.

If so, please remove the CL from your instrument list. Highlight and click Edit. Uncheck Nymex and check Globex. Add the updated CL to your instrument list. You should now be able to receive data for the CL.

Thanks, Jason, but I have a question:
Where is the Pats button on the Instrument Manager?

Jason:

Although I couldn't find the Pats button in the Instrument Manager, I simply
changed the exchange from Nymex to Globex, and it worked!
Thanks

.

Hi David,

Great to hear you now receive data. The Pats-button is displayed in the upper right corner of the Instrument Manager.
