Default Y Axis Scale

Two questions:
1) Can you fix the Y axis to a set range.

2) I am trying to plot an oscillator with a value of 2.65. However, when the Y axis moves and rescales to whole numbers i.e. 1 - 6 the oscillator does not appear. Looks like the visible scale must include the oscillator value or there is no anchor point to plot the oscillator. Do I have to rescale my data myself?

1) No.

2) Not sure what you mean. Assuming this indicator is in its own panel, the plot should always be visible if its the only indicator in the panel.

What is happening is that as the values for the plot change the range goes from 1.1/3.6 to 1/8. At the lower range the scale is in decimals but as the range goes to 1/8 the scale switches to whole number. The oscillator appears on the graph at the lower scale at 2.65 but does not when the scale changes to whole numbers. I can send screen prints and code if you would like.
