Default Missing Date

Hello,

if using the Cross Hair Cursor, there is a "DD.08.YYYY" displayed instead of the correct calendar date in the x-axis. How can this being fixed?

Hello Thomas,
Thanks for the screenshot.
Can you tell what is the regional settings in you PC.
  • Goto Start>Control Panel>Clock Language & Region
  • Click on Change the date time or number format

If your regional settings is set to US-en (see attached screenshot) then does a restart of NinjaTrader resolves the scenario. If you have any other settings then please let me know.

Hello Joydeep,

thanks for the hint. I changed the settings but the problem still occurs. The values in the Data Box pop-up are correct for both, the German and the US settings.

To assist you further may I know:
  1. Are you receiving the scenario in all the bar or any in one particular bar.
  2. Can you please send a screenshot of the chart properties dialog showing the "Date label format for daily bars".
  • Right click on the chart
  • In the context menu click on Properties...

Please upload the screenshot of the Chart Properties dialog.

The problem occurs on all bars.

Thanks for the information.
Please change the "Date label format for daily bars" to dd.MM.yyyy from the chart properties dialog.
  • Right click on the chart
  • In the context menu click on Properties...
  • In the Chart properties dialog set the field Date label format for daily bars to dd.MM.yyyy
