Orders and prices off the DOM screen

In scrolling on the DOM window, once the current price starts to roll off the screen, it automatically pops back to the middle.

If I want to view, set or change an order that is far enough away from the current price that it is offscreen at all times, is there any way to access this through the DOM window?

That is, can I roll the prices such that the current price is signifiantly above or below the viewing range?

Right mouse click menu, disable 'AutoCenter'
