Default The hand of fate

I have my Dom set for single click order modification. But when I touch rather than drag an open order line the pointer turns to a hand so I know that a pending move of order price has been activated. However if I do not retouch the same or another place on the Dom the hand remains active. If I for any reason I do not recall which order is active with the hand and put the hand down on the wrong side of current price, an order may be executed that was not my intention.
Is there any way to disengage the pending movement of an order without executing it?? I have turned the single click order modification value to false but that does not help my situation. Is there any other way to disengage the hand of fate??

Hello deanldavis475,

Thank you for your post.

It is not possible to disable the standard click-then-click order modification system completely though you can cancel out of a modification by clicking the escape key on your keyboard.
