Alert not working

Has set up a alert condition in the Market Analyzer when the Bid Price is greater than a certain value but when the condition is triggered, the alert window does not pop up and the sound file does not play. The only thing I see is that when the condition is met, the specific row is blinking with yellow. Anything I have done wrong?

Hi Tiffany,

Thanks for writing in.

The alerts window is something that you must open manually. An alert triggering will not cause this window to appear automatically.

In terms of the alert itself, can you provide me with an image of the settings you're using?

How can I open the Alert Window? Attached is a printscreen of the alert setting.

Thanks for getting back to me with this image.

1.) To open the Alerts window, please click File > New > Alerts.

2.) The settings you're using here appear to be correct. Can you clarify for me whether or not you see anything printed to the Alerts window after this alert has triggered?

It seems if the alert window is not opened, the sound file will not play. It seems working now. Will further check and confirm. Thanks.
