Default Problems connecting CQG

I have a live license for 1 broker AMP which I transferred over from the defunct PFG account on Friday. I initially setup the new AMP-CQG account on my backup computer and everything ran fine. CQG data connects fine and the new account shows up properly under the account tab of Control Center.

I then shut down the backup computer completely and proceeded to try to setup CQG data on my primary trading computer. When I click on File>Connect>CQG I fail to connect and instead receive the error message as shown in the attached image. Even though I'm running on only one computer at a time, does installing NT Live on a backup actually preclude me from installing on the primary computer? I also reinstalled MS.Net 3.5 to make sure that was up to date since CQG seems to be fussy about that.

Any ideas?

For those who encounter the same error message, try uninstalling and reinstalling NT7. This worked for me.
