Default Friday data missing on monday morning

Today another monday without data from friday.
This is a problem reported already many times and it fixes itself when NinjaTrader has run some internal backup/server routines. This is usually fixed after 11 MEZ , but you should really fix this.... You know about for more than 1 year now!

It is a known limitation of our server.

All I can do at this point is to forward your feedback to my superiors.

The suggestion to workaround this limitation is on our list of possible future enhancements of the software. It is listed under ID# 1440.

Hello!

This is really annoying. Want to start trading on Monday morning at 8am european time and all charts are messed.

That should not happen with any professional trading software.

You should really fix this fast.

It is almost noon and I am still missing friday data.

Relaoding all historical data already done but nothing happens.

Hello Kaldo,

When I test on my end, I can reproduce the issue. Friday's data is missing for the FDAX, FESX and FGBS. However I do load Friday's data when I test the FGBL and FGBM.

I will forward the issue to development. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

I can not believe that this problem still exists.

The zenfire/ninjatrader combo is useless for eurex traders as long as this problem is not fixed.

The issue has been solved. Can you please restart NinjaTrader and re-connect to Zen-Fire. Subsequently check if the missing data is loaded. If not initially, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.
