Default Unable to login

Hello,

I am unable to log in to NT.I receive message: "Login failed.Unable to login.The remote certificate is invalid according to validation procedure".
I have lifetime licence.Version 7.0.1000.10(Live).

Hello Jurase,

Can you please make sure your PC clock is set to the correct date and time as per the time zone that is selected.

Check if you have all Microsoft Windows updates installed as well.

Once these two items have been confirmed, please proceed as follows.

Open Internet Explorer and open the Internet Options menu. Select the Advanced-tab and click the 'Reset...' button.

Subsequently perform the instructions below.

•Open Internet Explorer
•Click on Tools--> Options--> Content tab
•Select the "Certificates" button
•Click on the "Intermediate Certification Authorities" tab
•Check if "UTN-USER First-Hardware" is listed
•Next, click on the "Trusted Root Certification" tab and see if "AddTrust External CA Root" is present

If so, please open the 'Command Prompt' from the Windows start menu. Enter the following text (hit Enter after you typed each line):


netsh winhttp reset proxy

netsh winsock reset catalog

netsh int ip reset reset.log


Close the Command Prompt window and reboot your computer.

Let me know if the issue still remains.

Thank you Jason.In intermediate Certification Authorities tab there is no "UTN-USER First hardware" listed.Should I proceed with the rest of the task?
