I purchased NT last week and entered the license key. Since that time I get a message that says I have an open position when I try to shut down NT. I do not. I select the option to shut down NT anyway.
It says that the open position is in my live account, but no such position exists. Everyday, I shut down NT and my computer and everyday this open position is still there. I right click on the position and select close position and/or flatten everything and neither option works. How can I get rid of this phantom position? Thanks, Charles Hardy |
