missing data some instruments

Hello,

I do connect with external data feed every time to have all data from your server (then I do connect to my broker). But some instruments as eg NZD I´m missing bars in between (seems some hours around midnight US-EST). Please see the attached screenshot.

Thank you for your note.

The External Data Feed will not download data from the NinjaTrader data servers. The External Data Feed provides 3rd party applications the ability to drive NinjaTrader with market data (such as TradeStation).

So I may investigate this matter further please answer a few questions.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What interval is selected for your chart?

What session template is selected for your chart? You can check this by right clicking in your chart > select Data Series > check the Session Template setting > change this to Default 24/7 and advise if you see the data that is missing.
