drawing tools customized

Hello,

is it possible to add in the drawing tools eg a 2nd trend channel or 2nd pitchfork....

With thist one can set certain color each trend channel and to use eg the trend channel1 for direction up in blue color per default and the trend channel 2 for drawing channel down in red.......

This would work faster and to avoid changing colors every time when drawing.

Thanks for the input. For now trendlines can only have one "default" state.

We have this currently with a few drawing objects like the fib tools. They have templates you can use for multiple saved preferences. I'll submit your feedback, that you'd like to see drawing object templates extended for the other tools as well. This request has been assigned tracking id #1824.

thank you for your reply. Another way that would also make sense is to have a "general" button (beside the buttons for each line) which can be checked for changing the colors of all lines with one click at the same time to the color selected there. One could work with this also much more better by drawing the pitchfork (with its default color) and then only one click to have it the other color. This way it works easy for many pitchforks or colors.

Could you provide an image showing this? I've just tested here using the current 7.0.1000.10 release and it does appear to plot on all charts of the same instrument.

One thing you may need to do is compress chart bars - if any anchor point of an object falls outside the borders of a chart that drawing object is not displayed.
