Default NT connecting to AMP/CQG - order routing system unavailable

Trying out AMP/CQG demo account on NT.
when connecting I get message: Login failed: Network connection to the Order Routing System is unavailable.

Please make sure your CQG connection has not expired.

If it is still valid please make sure you have made the account connection by following the steps as mentioned here http://www.ninjatrader.com/Connectio...tion-Guide.php

Hi,
Just tried to add a new account connection again with your steps, but same problem occours.
I got the demo license one hour ago.
