Kinetick is down
Kinetick is currently down, be off since around 1:00am PST. Its connecting, but rates aren't updating.

Hi,
Thank you for your post. Can you please be more specific, is this for all instruments or just a specific one? In addition, what kind of chart are you looking at with what interval? Please double check as well what you have in your Chart Data Series window under 'Session template' selected. Lastly, on what NT version are you? Is this V7.0.1000.10? You can check under Help--> About
