How to get rid of the play button on the top right hand corner of the charts?

This button is new in NT 6.5, and I find it distracting. How can I programmatically and manually get rid of this from my charts?

That button indicates that you are no longer at the end of the chart. Clicking it will bring you to the very end of your chart. You cannot get rid of it.
