Hello carlton,
Thank you for your note. Click the following link: http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Pr...ninstall/en-us Press Run Now and run from location. Once the Fix it Tool has launched, accept the Microsoft terms. Detect problems and let me select the fixes to apply -> Once the scan has finished select Uninstalling option. Select NinjaTrader 7 from the list -> Select all check boxes -> Next -> Yes, try uninstall Once complete it will either give a successful message and the utility can be closed out. After the utility has been run and NinjaTrader has been removed, re-download NinjaTrader. http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration.php

hi support!
i have the same problem. but im unable to install the Microsoft Fix - it crashes every time when i trying to start it. did you have any ideas how to fix the problem wihout third-party tools? thanks |

bmr2012,
Are you able to uninstall NinjaTrader from the Windows Control Panel without the utility or do you get the missing .tmp file as well?
