Basic Entry Properties

I make my changes in the window and then I click on Apply, followed by Set Default, followed by OK. I open a new Basic Entry window and all of the Basic Entry properites are still at the "factory" setting. I thought, maybe, the new setting would only be save when NT5 was shut down. No such luck, upon restarting NT5 the Basic Entry properties are still the "factory" settings.

After changing your settings, can you press 'Set Default' and then press 'OK'

That's what I do but my changes do not become the default settings.

a) Which setting in particular is not reset to default?
b) You can restore all dome "factory" setting the hard way by removing file <install>\workspaces\default.xml. Note: Other gui settings (size/position of windows) will be lost as well.

These are the properties that I am try to set as the new default:

Caption bar display: from Account to SymbolAccount
Scale quantity: from 0 to 100

Click on Apply | Set Default | Ok

The next Basic Entry window that I open will have the original "factory" settings of Account and 0.
