Default Incompatability

I believe that I have discovered a program that makes NT stop working. It is Memeo backup. I have two versions of their software and the effect on Ninja is the same. I am using Ninja 7 the most current version and the Memeo products are the Instant backup and the Premium Backup. This just a FYI. I have a work around.

Hello deanldavis475,

Thanks for your post.

Does this backup software automatically scan and backup files in real-time? We have seen similar behavior with other backup software which fits that description - in those cases, an exception for the files within the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder must be created before things will function properly.

Yes Kyle that is the case. I will see if I can find out more from Memeo.
