Default Major Problem

As Murphys law goes, something went wrong today, the first day I was not only live but not around to watch. Basically the stradegy had an error and quit, leaving me an open position. As I understood the documentation, when a stradegy errors, the positions are exited, not left open. Is there someone I can send the logs too and see what happened?

Can you point to where in the Help Guide is stated positions are exited? For sure, any working orders should be cancelled.

It is a fact that during live operation of a NinjaScript strategy, orders can return errors. These errors can be things like order rejection due to insufficient margin, exchange is shut down, unable to cancel or modify an order. When a NinjaScript strategy detects an order error it will immediately terminate itself, send cancel requests for all working strategy submitted orders and close any current strategy positions.
So by that any positions generated by the strategy will be closed, correct?
