    URGENT::::: CQG Login-failure

    Hi,

    I'm getting the attached messages to login.
    So I did the fresh reinstallation to fix frequent problems of the market player.
    But it is still unable to log-in.

    Same here.

    First time happen on CQG since I changed from AMP-Zenfire to AMP-CQG a few months ago.

    Please help to solve the CQG API issue!

      Hi,

      Which one is better data-feed from your experience?
      I thought ZF is more accurate and reliable since my third-party app. requires it.

        Never compare both directly, but I feel more comfortable with CQG data-feed.
        I do not use any other apps, just need the direct data-feed ( DOM and candlestick charting ). Important thing is the data-feed is real ( not being filtered or significantly lagging ).

          Unfortunately there is an issue with NinjaTrader/CQG which does not allow you to connect. I can reproduce it on my end and we received many reports from other customers that connect to CQG in NinjaTrader.

          Our Development team is working with CQG to find the cause and solution. Once there is any news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

            I seriously doubt that ZF would have more reliability over cqg. cqg is like the industry standard. i have used both and have had problems with both. I have had more serious problems with ZF. CQG just some server side issues like now, lol.

              We received multiple reports from other customers that they are able to connect again. Can you please reboot your computer and check if you can connect as well.

              If not, please let me know.
