Default temporary unavailable account

Hello,

I try to connect with my mb account by ninja and
appears a message: trade is temporary unavailable with my E.... mb account.
Gain account is connecting normally.
Until Friday I haven't any problem and everything worked fine.
This problem appears for first time.
Is this a problem from mb or from ninja?

Hello Makis,

This seems to be an issue with MBTrading. There are no issues on our end and you are able to connect successfully with Gain. I suggest to contact MBTrading and check if all is fine on their end in regards to your MBTrading account.

FYI: I'm also having MB issue, says account is unavailable, but logging onto MB website all details look ok.

Can you please check with MBTrading is all is fine on their end as per your account as well. There are no known issues with NinjaTrader in this regard.
