Default Can't connect to MB trading

Have been trying for the last half hour to connect MBT. Had no problems yesterday. Re-entered account login info to no avail.
Log states: primary connection=connecting, price feed=connecting. Have closed and re-started NT 7 seven times with same results. I can login to MBT directly with no problems.

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Please try deleting your MBT account connection. Then recreate this account connection by following the instructions posted here: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_MB.htm

Also, what version of MBT Navigator are you currently using? Did you by chance recently upgrade to a newer version of MBT?

Deleted account connection and added it back. Same results. "Connecting - MBTrading" displayed in bottom left corner.
Using Navigator version 10.13.0.12. Have not upgraded or changed account settings since installing NT. Worked fine all this week and yesterday. Can log into MBT directly just fine.

Do you have any other programs running that might be using the MBT port? If so please close these programs and try connecting again? Are you reciving any error messages in you Control Center --> Log tab?

Also, if you have a firewall up please disable it.
