Hi,
I am trying to test 2-3 different strategies on different workspaces but the instrument is same. Problem arises when the strattegies execute orders. Somehow the DOM starts executing all the orders and lot of them get closed and losses realized in the clash. I have tried different DOMs but doesnt work. All the orders show up on one single DOm or all different DOMs also show same orders. I tried linking charts with DOMs as well but doesnt work. |

Thanks for the reply. yes I am using same account for all strategies. i am still on demo version with AMP. All orders are just clashing. |

Thank you for clarification. Essentially, for each instrument on one account, you can only be in a long position, a flat position, or a short position. For example, if two strategies are trading on the same instrument on the same account and a strategy places a order to buy 2 contracts, then awhile later another strategy attempts to short 2 contracts, it will close your position and your account will be flat for that instrument. To remedy this issue, you will need to have a separate account for each strategy and have the strategies trade independently on these accounts. Please let me know if I may assist further.
