Default Unable to clear out cache data

I was just loading some historical data in a chart from NT's server (this was the first time I had downloaded this data) and a window popped up that said "Unable to clear out cache data". What does this mean?

Radical,

This error indicates exactly what it says. Can you clarify what you did to produce the error? Were you downloading data or editing data?

Can you reproduce this error by reloading historical data?


Can you please tell me which version of NinjaTrader you are using, NT V7.0.1000.7? You can check this under Help--> About.

I can't reproduce the error. I'm using the latest version, 7.0.1000.7, and I was just downloading, not editing.

If the issue does occur again please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace and log files.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
