I was looking at purchasing a real time data feed from kinetick. But, I have questions about NT 7 that can be download from the Kinetick page.
1. Does this version of NT 7 from Kinetick download page allow Ninjascript or does one have to purchase a monthly sub. from Ninja trader? What I'm wondering is what things are allowed? Are there things disable or not? |

Hello sledmt,
Thank you for your post. The version of NinjaTrader from the Kinetick page is the same one you receive from the NinjaTrader website, so there are not differences. Yes, NinjaScript is included and nothing is disabled. Please note you must have a live license key to place a live trade, which may be disabled if using a free license key.

Thanks for the information. I was looking to do some modeling before I signed up for a live account with a futures broker.

Another Kinetick data feed question: what is the difference between CME (67 per month) and CME e-mini (30 per month)? There probably is a simple answer, but I'm just wondering.

I have question too... Will Kinetick provide L2 NYSE data if I purchase NYSE + Market Depth? (it is not obvious because in the overview it says NYSE is only L1).....

Hello Sledmt,
Thank you for your forum post. The CME E-mini is an abbreviated list of instruments that you can subscribe to for receiving data for instruments such as the ES, NQ and EMD instruments. This may also include some micro currencies. The regular CME exchange would include all of those CME E-mini instruments and more, also including instruments like the 6E and 6J instruments. Please let me know if I can provide any further assistance.

Hello Sledmt,
Thank you for your forum post. When downloading historical bid/ask tick data, each incoming tick will be assigned a volume of 1, and will not include historical volume information. Please let me know if I can provide any further assistance.

Thanks for the information.
For example, if one opened up in the chart the ES12-11 instrument and let it run for the day. Could I at the end of the day download the ask/bid tick data with volume information; instead of the 1 for volume information. If possible, I would like to have the ask/bid tick data with assoc. volume information. |

Hello,
As long as this bid/ask data is stored on your data provider servers, you would be able to download it. You can specify bid/ask data from the Historical Data Manager. Please see our Help Guide article on Downloading Data for more information: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...l?download.htm
