Hi, I haven't used ninjatrader for some time and just loaded up version 7. Now I find that I can only get data from the current session even though I have set history to 600 or so bars back and session 24/7.
What do I need to set in order to get the history please? - Im using zenfire. Thanks |

Hi ninjauser,
There should be historical data available with the Zenfire connection - recorded from their live feed and supplied by NT. What instrument and interval are you viewing? Have you checked accuracy of your computer clock? http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...rical_data.htm

Thanks Ryan, computer clock is accurate for UK time. It appears the same for all instruments Ive tried. eg TF NQ YM etc. I get historical from kinetic ok.
edit... btw re intervals its the same with vol and minutes.

Thanks for the reply. Historical data should be available for recent futures contracts. What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Check with Help > About.
What contract months are you viewing? Did you check your computer date? Do you have historical data enabled for the connection? Check in Tools > Account connections > highlight the connection and change. Advance through the wizard and make sure historical data is enabled. What is the connection order used? Kinetick or Zenfire first? Any error messages in log tab of control center?
