    NT7 can't connect. error: "unable to connect (13) permission error"

    Thank you for your post.

    Please use the steps I have provided below to resolve the issue you are experiencing:
    • Tools
    • Account Connections
    • Select your Zen-Fire connect
    • Change
    • Next
    • Next
    • Click Settings
    • Enable Legacy API
    • Next
    • Finish
    • Connect

    Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

          login 13 error also

          Good morning I am experiencing the same error and as per your instructions. a new window appears estating that zenfire is unable to connect with my 64bit NT. I have been connected for months in 64bit.
          Please help.

            Error 13 is not really solved

            Hi, I try to fix same error following the steps below, now I have that message saying it's "not available in 64 bit, must use 32 bit version."

            Now I tried to connect to 32 bit and the message is "Login failed: Unable to login (10001)
            Are you doing maintenance on Ninja and should we wait or that is a problem to be fixed?

            Please help us.

              I would think ZenFire is just down for maintenance. It is quite common for them to do work on their system over the weekends. I would give it some time rather than start changing all sorts of things based on an old thread.

                  I have the same problem, and as VTader mentioned, it's almost certainly just ZenFire doing weekend maintenance. The only thing you can do is wait for them to complete the maintenance.

                          • Account Connections
                          • Select your connection
                          • Change
                          • Next
                          • Next
                          • Click Settings
                          • Enable Legacy API
                          • Next
                          • Finish
                          • Reconnect

                          If the issue does persist please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris J" in the subject line.

                          In the message, please include the following:
                          1.) A link to this forum thread.
                          2.) Your most current trace and log files.

                          You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

                          Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
