Just purchased NT for live trading. Got the license key. Set up for new account. When I go to connect to that account, I get a window that says "check account connection parameters". I don't know what that means. Help?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Support Forum. This message is typically indicative of one of two things: 1. The username and/or password have been incorrectly input 2. The account connection details are incorrect and would need to remedied by the broker There is also the possibility that there is an issue with the connection, but to clarify the precise source of the issue can you please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and please reference this thread. In that email please include the connection information to test on our end to aid in determining the nature of the issue.

Email sent. But where do I find the connection information? I just sent all the information I thought was valuable to possible solving the problem

Hi adwr070621,
The information specifically needed to test would be the username and password as well as your broker. If you forwarded that information we should be able to let you know the best avenue to pursue for resolving this issue, but if not you can send that along in a reply.

Once we receive that email and can test the issue we will follow-up within a short time, less than 5 minutes typically. From there we will know what needs to be done, and provide details for resolving the issue.
