Default gap in the chart

What may be the problem, please.

Please see attached chart which shows a gap between 17:48 and the next day after midnight. This is for the 6E instrument and is the case for any time chart I open, e.g. 1 minute, 3 minutes, 15 minutes or 60 minutes.

Other instruments like 6S or 6J are totally fine, i.e. show up in full. DataFeed for me is ZenFire.

Hi,

Can you:
  • Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
  • In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.
Let me know if this corrects your issue.

I have that setting with the 24/7 already, and just checked to confirm it is still there. It is.

Any other suggestion?

Hi,

Try Tools--> Historical Data manager--> Reload--> Reload All.

If that doesn't work try repairing your database under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Repair DB.

Let me know if this works for you.

Hello Vincent,

Thank you. Your first suggestion did the trick. Thanks and I'll try to keep it in mind should it happen again.
