Thumbs down CQG Indexes

Have funded account with AMP using CQG data feed with indexes. I am getting live feeds for DJIA, DJTA, Tick indexes but not getting the Comp real time feed. I am getting historical data on the Comp

Did I miss a memo on something or did someone forget to flip a switch?

Hello,

When you set up the account can you please double check and make sure your not on demo server and this is not checked in the account setup.

Also, can you please let me know the exact symbol your trying to pull up just to verify.

Hello,

I get the same on my test account.

Please contact your broker with the log message and let me know what you hear back. If they needed to flip the switch to enable this data or this data is not availiable by CQG.

All is fine today. Once I found the right department at AMP it was a 30 second fix. Appears that someone forgot to flip a switch.
