TT Demo Feed: Start to draw new bar 8 seconds after the current bar ended

I am using TT demo and NT start draw the new bar 8 second after the current bar ended. I have confirmed there are transaction during this 8 second, but nothing is plot on the chart. It is across all instruments.

I have tested with zen and IB feed, and both feeds plot the chart correctly.

How do fix the problem with TT feed?

Thanks for the forum post.

Can you please goto Control Center->File->New Time and Sales and then check the time stamp your getting here. Does this match up with you local PC clock if not how far off?

Secondly what time frame chart you you using. Can you switch this to a 1 minute chart.

When the time and sales shows the switch over to a new minute does the chart then swtich?

The TOS is off by a ~10 seconds. It is across all time frame.

My local clock is using NTP v.5 and it is within +/1 0.5 seconds from the exchange.

Hello,

Who is your TT broker.

There is an offset done to your time and sales so that your time and sales time matches the server time.

Therefor the server time on your brokers server is different then the time on your PC(10 second difference). You would need to sync your PC clock again or add 10 seconds to your PC clock to get it to come in line with your Price feed.

Also, we have had issues with TT brokers and there times being off be 10 seconds for example. If your sure your PC clock is correct.
