Hi,
I need to know how to add commodities in my Instrument List. I am looking for Live cattle, Gold, Silver, Cocoa, Sugar, Silver, Cotton, Coffee. In my program I have stock, index, currency and futures. Are the commodities categorized under futures? The question are what specific instruments should I use for analyze the above. I use Kinetick. Thanks! |

Yes, they are listed under 'futures' in the Instrument Manager. Live Cattle - LE Gold - GC, ZG Silver - SI, ZI Cocoa - C, CC Sugar - SB, W Cotton - CT, TT Coffee - KC You can find instructions to add instruments to instrument lists at the link below. http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...ment_lists.htm

I have inserted all those into Market Analyze but Natural Gas (NG 04-11), COMOX Silver Features (SI 05-11) and COMEX Gold Futures (GC 04-11) do not display any data.
Whay is that? Thanks! |

Please note that the NG currently has 05-11 as front month and the GC has 06-11 as the current front month. Do you receive real-time data if you select these instruments in the Control Center-->Orders-tab?
Can you please try the following. Please disconnect from Kinetick and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Restart NinjaTrader and check if you now receive data for these instruments. If not, could it be these instruments as not authorized as per your Kinetick subscription? If you are not sure, please contact Kinetick as per the link below to verify if these instruments are included in your Kinetick subscription. https://www.kinetick.com/support#Kinetick-Support
